An Intimate Summer Wedding Reception

Intimate celebrations with nearest and dearest are becoming more couples’ chosen option for a wedding breakfast. On this gorgeous summer’s day in late August this year, blue skies and luscious green countryside framed a beautiful intimate reception set-up.

This romantic arrangement was set up on the grounds of Somerley Estate. A stunning location for both large and intimate celebrations. Somerley Estate spans 7000 acres of beautiful countryside, which provides endless opportunity for a range of artistic vision..

Summer motifs including peach, lilac and pink English roses made up the centrepiece, carefully designed by the wonderful Paula Rooney Floral Designer. Pale peach and soft gold used to decorate the table by Duchess & Butler, complimented by elegant wedding stationary from Tankerville Press. Rose tinted wine glasses, pale gold cutlery with a swirl effect, peach floral linens and classic elegant tableware, framed by rattan charger plates elevated the summer theme.

Bride Daisy wore a bespoke dress with a detachable cape with appliqué florals and sheer overlay by Wilden London. Her slick low bun was the perfect choice to enhance the detail of the dress and the stunning table design.

If you are planning an intimate celebration with your loved ones and want a fine-art wedding photographer with an unobtrusive and natural approach, I’d love to hear from you!
